This restaraunt is not closed! under new management with a new name. I had driven past this place many times and had always wanted to try it. Let me tell you it did NOT disappoint! The waitress that took my order was very polite and friendly and we ended up chatting for a few minutes while my order was being prepared. Very clean and nice space. I ordered the Tonkatsu ramen with chicken and it was some of the best Ramen I've had. I will certainly be a regular at this place!

Needed soup - decided to up my game and went for Ramen. Service was excellent - food was excellent. I don't understand why I don't go here more often! Spicy Miso with Chicken and Shu Mai. Looking forward to going back soon!

Hubby and I have dined in a handful of times since this location opened. We were stoked that a Ramen place was opening in Sparks, but the Ramen was just okay for me in my opinion. I tried it twice in case we were here on an off day. I wasn't a big fan of the noodles, but I did like the street food offered here. Service was hit or miss here as well. It wasn't ever busy or full while we dined in, but waited too long. We were here on our lunch breaks, so we were pushed for time. One thing that did stick out to me while dining in was the local "Reno" artwork here. I love that they showcase local artists. I thought that was cool, and a definite highlight for me. I'm a big advocate for locals supporting locals.

Thank you for a wonderful Five Star Ramen meal at Ramen, Etc in Sparks. Our server Malaya took our order, and brought out a beautiful bowl of Miso Ramen with extra soft boiled eggs and pork belly as our protein. The food was hot and fresh and the saki was warm...perfect! A very healthy and delicious meal. Clean restaurant and fair prices. Loved it! We will be back. Julie A
